Hello everyone,

Yesterday, had a discussion with manager and HR regarding my PIP initiation’s. I just want to know before accepting PIP, if I am not be able to clear the PIP after 30 days then it will be mentioned anything on experience letter or reliving letter regarding performance? Or I will get all cleared paperwork?

As HR said, she will provide all the documents in clear >> without mentioning performance issues.

Is it true?
