
Question on Last working day
Hey Guys! So i resigned and got the HR acceptance email with my LWD details on it.
One; Do I need to reply with an I agree or I concur on it for documentation purposes.
Two ; Is that the absolute final LWD and is the company liable to that date? Can they change it later or something. The reason I am asking is because the calculation seems off. It doesn’t look correct.
Can I go ahead and confirm my new organisation that the date stated in the email will be my LWD.
First confirm with your organization what seems off and then only give your joining date.

I don't want to inadvertently shoot myself in the foot. They seem to have not considered the full 90 Days Notice period. By highlighting it if they rectify it i would need to serve the whole 90. Rather than the current amount.
