Hi Everyone. Suppose I put in my papers on 4th November, will i still get the bonus? I know the performance discussion would have already been completed and the decision would have been finalized. But if resign before my people lead tells me about the bonus, would I still get it?

If you resign before the bonus is communicated, you might miss out. Timing is key, so maybe wait till you get the bonus news.

Yea, I understand. The work is getting too toxic and boring. Lost my father in Sepetember and now work also is shit. Working 14 hrs a day and on weekends also. I cant take it anymore
