Question on A+ band criteria

I recently discussed the A+ band criteria with my manager and was informed that it's awarded to employees with consistent "A" bands for 3 years, but is reflected as an "A" band in Speed. Can someone please confirm if this is accurate?

If so, how can one verify if they've received the A+ band, given it's not explicitly displayed in Speed?
