Question: l Left TCS, Can I use Medical insurance?
A week ago, I left TCS and still I’m able to see the amount in the Mediclaim app. I want to know whether I’m eligible to use the TCS medical insurance?
No,You can not.I think company itself will reject your claim.

If you want to continue using the medical insurance policy then you need to mail them to convert the policy to private. Your premium will increase.
Regarding amount you are still seeing, that will be updated anytime and it will be closed. It's a third party company and it might have been a couple of days to get it updated. Meanwhile if you want you can try to utilise it
