I’m in the same situation too — resigned and currently on the bench. HR told me that 45 days will be paid, and the rest will not. I should get a call from HR after 45 days, and I can discuss the release then. As of now, I have to serve the full 90 days. By the way, are you going to the office now?

If u serve the notice period in Bench period, after 45 days, ur salary will be stop. U r already resigned and and in free pool, u wont get new project. ultimately u loose the salary.

Nothing like that , u will receive full salary and there is no need to work.

During the bench period if we resign, we will get the whole salary?
