Question: Joining TCS as a fresher (ninja role)

Hi! I got selected for the ninja role and I'm gonna join tcs in two days. I waited for almost 8 months but was working in a bpo company till I got the joining letter because of the financial situation. I tried attending other exams and interviews for getting into the IT field but failed.

To be honest I'm kinda feeling anxious. I don't believe in myself and have lots of self doubts, and getting a job offer from tcs was like a big thing despite the market situation currently for the freshers.

Can someone suggest or guide me as in like how can I improve myself after joining ? I heard and read many posts like there are opportunities to grow inside by giving the wings exam but some say it's quite difficult and here today I read a post like the courses are outdated.

I'm confused as to how I build myself and learn all these skills ? And the new policy regarding the bench period is quite scary too what if I don't perform well and what if I'm fired even before trying idk I'm bluffing here 😓

Can I rely on tcs resources to upskill or should I go for external resources if so what you guys would suggest ?
