Question: Is it like after getting into a project sitting on a bench?

I joined tcs last July till now I didn't learn anything related to project and they are not giving any KT. Seniors saying to switch to other company so that your career would be great and they are telling the framework using is not used anywhere outside.So 8 months going to complete what to do now..
