Trending @Accenture; Question: <Is Gen AI going to replace or cut down resources in Accenture?>
<Feel free to add any relevant details or context to help others answer!>

I feel it will definitely affect us in the long run. I mean at this stage itself its so powerful, We can only expect it to get better. So to sustain we have to learn or contribute to it somehow

It will surely cut repetitive Support work for instance running and monitoring of jobs or suggest solutions for known or repetitive issues in code thus reducing the dev team.
Next It can reduce manual test work by running test cases. Then it can reduce scrum master’s efforts that instead of taking status and updating excels the copilot can log the status efficiently.
But all this comes with additional cost and security concerns so again depends on the client.

To be honest yes Ai and agents will…however Gen AI is still trash

Also GenAl wont do this but it would be agents and AI feeding on localised project knowledge base which will do this.

Yes uropian company's are planing the same , thinking to replace the asian labours by using genai or copiolet , but human can't be replaced by any intelligence they forgot .

Depends on nature of work
