Im currently on project now But for last year i got Need improvement rating But i did my work well Currently on one project Im totally stressed and depressed of my mental health Im not feeling well I would like to know if i go on medical leave will they put me to PIP after i come back from leave as i got 2 as rating As on march i got mail like you may be put to bench But not yet as im on project I dont want to resign and also no need termination Can someone help me on this
You will be put into PIP according to your last year rating and the current manage will set the goals and all so your PIP is mandatory whether you are on project or on bench so opt for second option that time as the task is totally dependent on your manager you will give sey your goals may be they will include your last manager who has given you the rating so better prepare for you self and one more thing to be note after coming from PIP getting into project is as difficult as getting water to drink in desert so choice is yours hope all things will be in your favour!!
Im still on project i got rating for last October cycle as 2 Till now im on same project but they dont put me to pip When they wil put me I hope this time also they are rating me same 2 for this october also As per policy 2 continuos rating to termination na
What is 2 kind of rating?
Decide what is most important for you. I have only one answer mental health. Will resigning give you more tension than staying back? If your family supportive emotionally and financially (they need not be super Rich to be able to do this)
But if financially there is compulsion would say continue no other go. As taking long leave now will most likely land you in another NI or worse . Two NI means termination.
If they have not initiated PIP for you yet which is strange , ask for the resignation option taking 5 months salary and sit at home and rejuvenate for 3 months .

So 2 ni means direct termination??? Is that true?
If i ask for release and get a new project will it save me from thier rating?
