Question: If any senior associate equivalent to or above C3A grade gets released to RMG, will they be in the lay off list or get allocated?

Yes. Day before yesterday my colleague who is C3A got call from Unit HR and has been asked to find another project in next seven days including 3 days holiday else they will terminate him. Despite of he is allocated to project till 31st dec 25 and fun fact is his manager or reporting HR not aware about this.

Managers have been told no new recruitment to project until they say and RMG not forwarding any profiles from C3A

I will say depends on the luck factor as of current scenario. Curious to know really what is happening
