Trending @Infosys; Question:I am going to complete 4 years in Infy. When I will get TA?

I am going to complete 4 years in Infy. I am a Senior Systems Engineer now. This is also I got it in last year. Recently I went to manager asked for promotion as a Technology Analyst. She told it will come after Two to three from the date of last promotion. And based on slots having under the DM.

So in Infy to became TA we need wait for 6 to 7 years? Still package is 4.4Lakhs. Better to leave this company as soon as possible. Am I right?

With 4 years as lateral, I've seen people on senior associate Consultant/TA , so level up bro don't stay too long at a place that too in this initial year of your career.

and 1 YOE in SSE role.

I joined as SSE and now I am TA, I completed 6 yrs in Infy, even I am waiting for TL promotion, donno when will it happen, I am getting good rating from past 4 years
