Trending @Infosys; Question: How many years we need to complete to get onsite opportunity?

Overall minimum 4 year of exp with at least 1 year in Infy.

There is no such rule. But with on-site opportunities so less and people wanting it so many on-site before you reach JL5 is very difficult. There was a time in infy freshers if good could on-site in 2 years !!! Most of them are our clients now at onshore 😂. US is no longer possible. Canada , Europe and Australia left the projects here are less, so first get into a project which is based out of these places and then outperform your peers / seniors by a big margin and hope the management / client notices .

It depends on the unit requirement and manager's nomination. My colleague went within 2 years of joining.
