Trending @Accenture; Question: How easy or difficult is it to get internal switch in Accenture CN? Has anyone you know have switched internally? If yes, how?
I am working as a management consulting analyst in ACN for almost a year now. I am an MBA from tier 1 college and want to work in more corporate strategy roles. I have heard that the managers do not favour the internal transfers for vacancies and your application on the portal goes unnoticed. What is your take in this?
The main reason behind is that it’s easier to hire from outside than getting someone transferred from ATCI or Operation..There is always someone blocking the movement..
Same here, stuck for the last 5 years. ATCI to ACN is very very very rare, those folks consider taking fresh recruit rather than cross company movement. ATCI and ACN are different business entities. Most of the jobs that you would find in IJP are useless and no one checks those, even I had reached out to the POC of those roles but no response from them.
