I feel that it is unfair to have 90 days as a notice period. I can't even get interviews because the recruiters are not interested when i tell them i have a notice period of 90 days. But i want to desperately switch from this company as it provides me with no growth in terms of career or salary. Can anyone suggest how i can negotiate with my manager for an early release?

Simple solution - if you have enough savings for next 6 months and your family financial stability is good and no responsibilities like wife, children then resign because there is no other way possible
