So here is my story!!!
I liked a girl in office. We were friends and used to talk a lot. I didn't had guts to say that i like her. I was afraid of rejection and I tought how i would face her after that coz we were in same office.
One day on rakshabandhan she wished me 'Happy Rakshabandan' 😂. All my feelings got broked on that day.
I just wanted to know why girls are soo much complex to understand and do girls just try to tease or genuinely means it when they wish something like that.
She might have gauged your feelings for her and wants you to be "just friends". Maybe she also doesn't want to lose the friendship and hence, did not give any direct explanation/rejection. 🤷🏻♀️
She was an asshole. You cudve just said, sorry I already have a sister/friends and you need no more. "Let's not talk after this."
If I can suggest something as a girl in such scenarios. Be clear that you are interested from the beginning, that's it. Otherwise it is very awkward for us. Cause trust me, we know if someone likes us and still pretend to be friends. In such cases we don't know how to get off such situations and don't be rude. Better to be clear from the beginning, be respectful. Better for both of the people involved.
First of all i respect her that she indirectly said by giving me hint that she doesn't have feelings for me in that way. I also ended everything after that. No contact nothing. I guess i also did right.
If someone doesn't see you as you see them, what makes you think that they are complex? You had feelings for her, she didn't. I don't think things can get any simpler than that.
Besides, I recommend avoiding romantic relationships as long as you share same employer, even if different workplace locations.
Her behaviour towards me was something different thatswhy i thought.
