Question for java tech stack guys

Do you code yourself without using llm? Any tips ? I am joining a new company , but not having confidence if I can handle big projects, do we need to code from scratch. Imposter syndrome. In my previous company I was not doing much core development it was more of bug fixes which also required logic but it was not something big. My aim is to become a top performer , by handling project end to end , specially development, please guide the path ahead. Yoe : 2
