Freelancing / moonlighting is usually forbidden when you are working for these biggies. They consider such act as just distractions to your full time job. These policies are seldom outlined in the policy hubs. As much as your availability for the full time job is not affected, you are 50% in safe place. Another way around is your freelance gig should be completely different than what you are doing as a part your full time job. Eg. You are a Java backend developer but, your freelance gig is to do video editing. All the best for your Freelancing journey.
