Trending @Accenture; Question: Fast track promotion for ASE without techleap?
Is fast track possible for ase in Accenture without techleap. My performance is very good in my project I have get several senior managers and ADs recognition, won ace award and performance is very good, my managers even consider me of SSE level not ASE. My manager said he will push my promotion before default promotion but I didn't clear techleap and he even didn't said to clear techleap. But I have heard people saying for ASE there is a central team and techleap is main priority. My manager was like 100% confident. Is he buttering me to keep me motivated or is it really possible? Is it really possible to get promotion fast track without techleap for ASE?
Techleap promotions have been stopped. You promotion now solely depends on your performance and Manager.
Oh but than why are people still giving techleap exams even now we are getting mails every month to select a slot and give exams? Is it really the case?
