Trending @Accenture; Question: Am I underpaid?

People with 10+ yrs experience or getting much below than what you've posted here.

I keep very simple formula to know over paid or underpaid.

If CTC is more than 3.5times of no of year of experience, you are overpaid. If CTC is below 2 times of no of year of experience, you are underpaid.

So with 8 year of experience salary range should be 16lpa to 28lpa.

No you are over paid . Still in your positions for the mainframe domain in Accenture . Employees are getting around 13.LPA CTC.

If you touch 20 lpa , Either you need to give 100% of your knowledge and commitment .Since most of budget are given high paying resources.
