Same thing is being asked on this platform multiple times!! You're expected to report to office either for 12 days or 60% of the total working days (which ever is less). If case of your scenario, let's say you've taken 5 days off this month. So you're total working days for this month would be 22-5 = 17 days. So 60% of 17 is 10.2 days (they sometimes will consider this as 11 days due to the additional 0.2 but if you report for 10 days then that too should be fine)

As per fs bu monthly bto mails , 5 working days will be 5 bto
