20moQuestion : Switching from Microsoft GD to IDC
Just finished my culture fit round with Microsoft GD for consultant role. I'm confident I'll get an offer for hyderabad. I know GDs reputation. I have 6 years experience and a ctc of 10.x from a local small startup.
I wanted to understand after how long in GD can I apply to IDC. I'm willing to give it all. All the hard work required. But do I have to complete 1 year for internal switching.?
Anybody know?

So I think you should accept this offer and then figure it out later.
