Trending @Accenture; Question : Market for SAP MM Functional

I will be having 6 YOE by this year July. Currently at L10 with 8 LPA fixed. Are we going to get some Hike in this May/June cycle? I got promoted in May/June cycle last year with the default of 25% Hike. Due to this I got no hike in the Nov/Dec cycle. However many people who were underpaid in my project received a lot of Hike in the Nov/Dec cycle equalizing or atleast making their pay decent. When I asked my manager, he said the portal didn’t allow to enter any % for me as I was recently promoted in the May/June cycle. I have started preparing to look for opportunities outside as I myself know I am very much underpaid. So anyone who has recently tried to switch or trying to switch and giving interviews, how is the Market outside for SAP MM functional? Also what are some good companies that I can work for and will help me in strengthening my technical stack. Any advises would be really appreciated.
