Quest Global, Offer Letter clarification

I have been offered a position by Quest Global for Vadodara location however initially I have join & & work in bangalore location for 6 months then they provide transfer to Vadodara location.

HR will provide in writing about base location Vadodara. Does any have received this type of offer? Please let me know should I trust
