If any HRs here, why you guys are ready to hire new people and ready to pay them almost double salary instead of giving good hike to existing ones. Existing ones have more knowledge of the project

I am not hr, i want to share my opinion. 1st thing is even if get good hike and everything you need if some other company gives a chance you will keep quit, 2nd point is politicians, most of the management do politics so if some x person favors a candidate then there is limit of hike percentage he will give whatever he wants. So there will be some policies to make company stronger...but the hike they gives to everyone is really shit🥴 even though company is in profits
