Trending @Accenture; Query with respect to Variable pay

If I resign in upcoming months/days lets say feb 2025 or march 2025 then my LWD will come in month of may 2025 or later . In this case will they count me for the getting my VP in month of may? Do anyone have any idea on this scenario please let me know.

If you are on company payroll on VP payout i.e.31st May you will get it. But, it will be significantly less as they know you are leaving. The same had happened with my friend in May 2024 VP payout.

No , you will not get VP , my colleague resigned in sept and in nov she didn't got vp as they said she is serving notice period
