Hi guys, I am on my Notice Period with 24May as my LWD. My manager is delaying this talk from last 2 months and today only got to know about the bridge recommendation. He is telling that DM is yet to tell if the retaining hike should be there or not. What can I expect? And the retaining is in hands of DM Or the manager?
