Hi, I have initiated my separation process and the HR validation is already completed. However, my L2 manager has not yet approved the request. Given his seniority, he is very difficult to reach out to, and I am concerned that he may not act before my LWD.

Could you please confirm: • In case the L2 does not approve till my LWD, will the separation request get auto-approved by the system?
