Query related to WFO

I’m currently living in metro cities just for doing WFO and to get QVA bonus that is not evening covering the cost of commuting to office.

Is it a good decision to go home and save rent and other expenses and sacrifice QAV ?

I am a ninja cadre fresher. What is impact of average 5 no shows per month except QVA? Does it impact at end of FYI

Upto 3 no shows / month no issue because it will be exactly 85%.

It's not only your QVA also you will face issue in band and Hr may take action on you better you take transfer to your home location
