Query related to promotion

In my team , people have been waiting for 5+ years and they are not getting any promotions whether it is C2 or above. Tcs have stopped providing promotions from last year. It is better to look for a switch rather than waiting for promotion. Still if you are waiting for tcs promotions you can try raising grievances in Ultimatix with the HR category and Promotions option.
