I was in pip from 30th June to 29th July
My manager gave positive feedback for 3 weeks, now when joined the 4th week call no one joined in the call when reached out manager mentioned he will connect later for it
Now my ques is can I consider 'no news means good news'
I am a team lead with 7 yrs of expert
Should be good news considering the good feedback previously

Till 3rd week received feedback mail
For 4th joined pip meet but no one joined and no feedback mail
Followup with your manager and ensure you get 4th week feedback and it's positive one by completing your task.. coz he may forget to setup call and later should not end up a raw feedback on 4th week.. management just need a stupid reason to kick off people
Your manager must have raised a support ticket for the pip. Check that ticket and you will see comments on each of the tasks. You will also get email for the same. Or else, connect with your people advisor for the same...
