Query related to ITR

Hi Everyone From June I started investing in stocks and I Have made profit around 10k by selling a few stocks and losses around 1500rs. My current salary is less than 6 lakh.

So do I need to fill ITR? Which ITR I need to fill and how much tax do I need to pay? Second question what are the other ways that we can reduce our taxation on profit made through the share market.
