Trending @Wipro; Query related to furniture and equipment program

Planning to buy a phone, so will be able to just reimburse it using the F&E program. The eligible amount is 125000. Is it just that simple to reimburse or is there some policy constraints which I am missing. Wanted to be sure before purchasing.

I hope u know that incase u will leave the company in 1-2 years u will have to payback the depreciated value of that product. So let's say u bought a sofa for 1 lakh and u leave in 1 year then pay 80k to wipro

That's why I try to buy stuff which depreciates in 36 months. Don't buy a sofa and furniture..those depreciate in 60 months. You will get the whole policy is Dot.

Curious. Is this on top of your in hand or is it just a tax benefit scheme?

I am also not sure, in CTC it is 25k but in the portal I can see it is 125000

On top of the in hand. As it's basically a reimbursement. But it's split in the CTC by 60 months.

Please check the electronics eligibility
Then it is a certain amount for electronics if I’m not wrong not the entirety of 125000 for electronics it’s a combination for furniture and electronics

Just that simple. The only thing you need to ensure is your invoice cannot be more than the remaining balance in your F&F account. There is no partial reimbursement.
