Trending @Accenture; Query related to background verification

I have been working in Accenture for 3 years. I ended up in a street fight with someone and now ended up with an FIR for breaking his nose and arm fracture. Will this show up in background verification of the other company I just got an offer from. Could it lead to a termination for other company. Should I stay in Accenture till my FIR gets dropped.
