Query related Retention incentive

I have joined TCS on January 2023 by this January 2026 completed 3 years. Recently i got a mail that retention bonus is integrated will person allowance, so my question is this month will I get full RI or part of personal allowance?

I also received the same mail on Friday.
But on this 10 jan 26 I completed 4 years in tcs.
However, in my old compensation letter which was received in sep25 and the current revised compensation letter after this mail is having the same CTC amount.
How is this possible?
