Query related band rejection

Got B band, is it possible if I reject, instead of upgrading to A they reduce band to C?

It is possible but you should have a very good reason and should have updated the Goalsheet month on month Don't talk that your colleague got A band and you do more than him / her No one is allowed to disclose band, they will simply put that on your head, make it confidentiality issue and close it then and there
