Hi Guys! I had a query. Can we go to nearest location rather than base location and still our attendance got marked present in the audit which we receiving on mail?
It is safer to go to the tagged location as I heard from senior management and HR that swipe details from your tagged account only will be considered. Also hours doesn't matter as of now until it is not too short
Safer in what sense? Coming to office is not the solution? Or coming to base location where no one is working apparently is more worth it that too in this upcoming summer?
Nothing makes sense. Post covid every project is diversified across location and no collaboration would happen as pre covid era. Still they want us in office and in the base location we are tagged. No idea what action they will take for not adhering as there is no clarity. Safer in the sense you don't want to be in firing line come rash decisions from org
