Trending @Cognizant; Query Regarding Utilization and Partial Billability

Hi everyone,

I have a query regarding billability and Utilization.

In my project, I have been assigned with a partial billable role ( buffer - when fully billable resource is on leave, I will be billed in place of him/her )

I asked my manager he told me In one month I will be getting around 5-6 days of billability.

So my question is, to get promoted from PA to A level I need to have Utilization 75% , so does this partial billing will Fullfil that criteria of 75% Utilization?
