Query Regarding TCS Retention Bonus

This is my first year in TCS. Shall i get the retention bonus full or will it be paid monthly from the next cycle?

If it's monthly from the next cycle then it seems like I'm losing my one year retention bonus.

Anyone have any idea 💡 about that? Please share your opinion and experience on this. 😀

You will not lose that you will get. Also, I think you need to complete 3 yrs for that to be merged, still you will get for full year

As per new terms TCS said retention bonus will be given monthly after completing the year.
If i complete this year then, this year's retention bonus will be paid monthly from next year onwards. If it's happened then it seems I'm losing my one year retention na?
