Bonus I know we get near march every year but what about this incentives I see two component in my salary one is bonus and the other one is incentives can anyone explain because I don't think we are getting any incentives even though it's a part of our fbp component

Incentive = Bonus we get in march and Advance Statutory Bonus is added in salary every month.

No statutory bonus is not added in the monthly salary that's why i am asking this i have added the base salary +hra +special allowance which adds up to the salary I get after in hand every month this bonus is not included in that
