Trending @Accenture; Query regarding shift allowance.

Hi all,

I am not getting shift allowance from June month, even after submitting shift allowance details in myte(as per new method) by adding reviewer and approver.

When raised this issue with Shift allowance team, they are saying my claim has not been approved and when I check with my approver he says he has approved it.

Can any one please help me, how to check if the shift allowance has been approved or not on myte?
