Query regarding Salary structure
I have cleared wings 1 two years ago but this year i got a C band which removed my incentives from the payslip . But in the revised compensation letter the incentives are included and CTC is mentioned including the incentives . So when i am applying for any job outside TCS what CTC should i mention the one in compensation letter or the one after calculating according to payslips . Can I mention CTC as it is in letter (increased ) and say that the incentive is variable pay which i am not getting currently ?
Mention the CTC from the compensation letter. Explain incentives as variable pay not currently received. Be honest about the situation during negotiations to avoid confusion.
But at the time of bgc we have to submit 3 months payslip right . At that time it will not match with the CTC mentioned by me
