I recently joined PwC. What is the avg annual hike in PwC OneConsulting if the rating is 2? Is the hike above 10℅ can be considered? Please let me know.

Average is 6-12% with 5+ extra for promotion... However, Every 3 years...recent being 2022 and then 2025 (next will be 2028) they did salary/market correction (only those who are at lower end of spectrum get high hikes) ....e.g. i got 44% hike cuz I was severely low paid compared to peers. But nonetheless, except this exception, the usual one is 6-12%
