Trending @Cognizant; Query regarding promotions SPE to SME (PS)

I have a query, i wanted to ask that i have been employed in cognizant for 2 years. My promotion is due. Im on bench currently and most likely to get into a project in next 3-4 days. I have met all the criteria for promotion. So will they consider me on next quarter or there is any minimum timeline to get eligible for promotion in new project.

They will consider you for promotion in the next quarter. Being on bench won't affect ur eligibility as long as u meet all criteria. Just make sure u perform well in the new project. 💪

But they may ask you that you are new to the project so you need to wait for 6 months so that we can check your work
