Trending @Accenture; Query regarding project release

Hi i am ASE with 1.5 YOE i don't like the technology i am working in so i connected with management that i need release so that i can look for other opportunities on bench but they are saying they can't release as client don't have release policy so they can't move me to bench as i'm fresher. What should i do now?
