Query regarding Pluxee by sodexo card from TCS Gems

Hi Guys,

I’m having a gift card ordered from tcs gems which is a pluxee by sodexo card, i guess type of a debit card. Installed its app as well showing 100 tcs gems and all places where i can spend it. Any idea for the recharge procedure of this card, couldn’t find any answers online. If anyone have used or having knowledge about if pls let me know.

You can't recharge the Pluxee card like a regular debit card. It's preloaded with TCS Gems, so just use it till the balance runs out.

Thanks for the information, after exhausting tcs gems card is waste or when we order gems they will send in same card?
