Query Regarding Open ODC in Mumbai

I got released from my previous project, where I was reporting to Yantra Park, Thane. The new project that I've been allocated to is in Hyderabad, but they have allowed me to work from Mumbai. I need to tap in any office according to my comfort and work from an open ODC. Does anyone know which offices have this open ODC? I'm looking specifically at Powai/Vikhroli.

In Powai you have open desks where you can sit

In Kensington A or B? And also, do I need to take any permission from admin/anyone to work from these open ODC/desk?

No raise access in rights and go and I am talking about kensington B unit III
