Joined infy as a Fresher and last month completed 4 years. My manager reached out to me and asked if I am interested in onsite as my name was showing as eligible in the system and currently nomination window is open. Can someone please let me know what are the eligibility criteria and what is the turnover time for completion of this process and finally getting onsite.

This is the time (Jan mid to feb mid) when managers will be asked to nominate few folks from JL5 and JL4 level even JL6 sometimes. Actually this year it’s seems to a bit late. Every DM had X number of slots, I am assuming that X number is determined by unit budget and average historical lottery selection rate. Once DM gets priorities from all managers he will drop a few if nomination are more than slots.
Depends on the project and their requirement. Your manager can nominate you to H1B process. There can be other countries but it entirely depends on requirement of the project.
