Hi everyone, I need some advice on my onsite situation. I have a valid work visa that expires in February, but I haven’t travelled yet. My current project has no onsite opportunities, even though I was moved here with the assurance that they would send me onsite. My previous project had initiated my visa but didn’t have openings either. I'm very much interested in going onsite whenever there is an opportunity.

In this situation, what would be the right step? Should I request a project release, wait for something to open up, or consider resigning?

Your suggestions would mean a lot.
