Trending @Accenture; Query regarding onboarding of one of my friend...

Hii everyone... I had a query regarding the bgv for one of my friend... The mandatory documents which she requires are pan card, College degree certificate, marksheet, passport copy, previous company offer letter, reliving letter, experience letter and last 3 months payslips... The problem is that in her previous organisation she told me that they were not giving her the payslips nor do they provide the payment in one go... Coz it was a new startup.. so instead of payslips can she go for bank statements stating the above reasons
